About Us
At Yook DiPisa LLC, we deliver the sophistication and capabilities of a large firm with
the personal attention, agility, accessibility, and affordability of a boutique practice.
Founded by Francis W. Yook, Esq. and Joseph A. DiPisa III, Esq. who together
bring nearly thirty (30) years of experience, the firm leverages extensive trial
experience, professionalism, and a client-centric approach.
Every matter is handled directly by our founding partners— Francis has been honored as the Professional Lawyer of the Year and a New Leader of the Bar; Joe has been
certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by
only about 2% of attorneys statewide.
We represent businesses, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and individuals in high-stakes
disputes across the country, with a focus on New York and New Jersey. We are keen on
being the problem solvers for our clients. Our mission is straightforward: to resolve the
